Visa Information

Most congress participants will not need a visa because Denmark is covered by the common rules in the European union/Schengen. It also means that you can travel without any problems between Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.

Participants registering from countries who need visa will after registration receive a letter of invitation by the congress secretariat together with a guidance. The invitation letter plus a receipt of paid registration must be sent to the local embassy or consulate to secure a fast and smooth process. Registration fee will be reimbursed in case visa is not granted by the 1st of September 2025.
