Custom Information

Exhibitors from inside the EU: When you want to bring goods to the Expo there is no paper work and when you want to sell your goods on the Expo it is the same procedure as if you sent the goods to this customer inside the EU. Exhibitors from outside the EU: you should import the goods under a so called “temporary admission”, which is a customs procedure that allows goods to be brought into the European Union (EU) temporarily with total or partial relief from import duty. This procedure can be used to temporarily import certain goods into the EU, such as samples. If you want to sell goods under a temporary admission you should contact your customs broker for eventual duties you have to pay for the import. Additionally, you have to charge 25% VAT. You also have the possibility to import the goods under a so called Carnet but if you want to sell goods it is often more complicated paperwork resulting in higher handling charges.

There is an appointed official freight forwarder for customs clearance, to transport your products directly to your booth and repackaging, delivering your products back to your country. Please kindly note that the venue will not accept any direct orders. It is suggested to contact on-time with the Official Freight Forwarder.

DO NOT SEND DELIVERIES DIRECTLY TO THE VENUE. The Organisers and Congress Center will not accept deliveries and take no responsibility for shipments made directly to the venue.
